SPRINKLER SYSTEM - PROJECT MANAGER - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading specialist in the Fire Protection market.
Monitor progress and results, implementing necessary adjustments to
ensure financial objectives are achieved
Provide clear direction to the team on implementation of this vision
Preparation and implementation of Commercial plans to support the
projects division strategy
Identify opportunities within the industry for continued improvements
To manage and resolve escalated complaints and Operational issues
within the business in line with the complaints procedure
Ensuring compliance, incl. Health & Safety and industry standards
Oversee the retention of company accreditations
Lead internal investigations
Facilitate external investigations
Management of Contracts and adherence to scope and contract
obligations
Ensure operational KPI’s are met timely such as application
management, cash collection and project deliverables.
Builds strong relationships with clients and supply chain, drives
innovation, ensures ongoing alignment of services to client needs and
works with the commercial teams to identify threats and opportunities.
Creates and delivered key technical proposals to customers.
Supports the Insights Service Delivery Managers to oversee the
successful onboarding of high-profile clients within relevant team in
accordance with the onboarding workflow.
Performs under minimal supervision with accountability for specific
goals/objectives.
Works with the Technical Service Manager and Commercial Managers to
develop performance improvement targets for quality, service, and
efficiency of the operation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Previous commercial and contractual experience.
Comprehensive Sprinkler industry knowledge and experienced in industry
standards
Management experience.
Strong customer facing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Self-Motivated.
Creative problem solving.
Personality – energy, drive and enthusiasm.
Full Driving Licence.
